Veneers: The Perfect Smile

Veneers are ultra-thin ceramic shells that are bonded onto the front teeth. Minor misalignments, gaps between teeth, and tooth discoloration can be corrected by bonding "tailor-made" ceramic shells onto the teeth. This gives the visible tooth surfaces an immaculate, bright white appearance. While conventional veneers require removing some natural tooth enamel (about 0.5 mm) to achieve an optimal aesthetic result, "no-prep veneers" allow the teeth to remain completely untouched. In this non-invasive method, the contact-lens-thin shells are bonded directly onto the cleaned enamel. This way, healthy tooth structure is preserved. The visual result can be simulated in advance using "wax-up" models.
